With your conference, you are addressing experts who are often scattered all over Germany or all over the world. We help you to reach your target groups anywhere. With our live streaming services, you can easily allow your audience to participate in the specialist event online. Be it a one-hour press conference, a full-day symposium, or a multi-day congress – we will broadcast your event in real-time. In addition to the recordings from our full HD cameras, we are also happy to integrate the presentation slides of your speakers or abdominal bindings with speaker information into the broadcast image. So your online audience always has all the important information in view.

Locations merge thanks to live video switching

An important speaker cannot be there on the day of the conference? A program item takes place several hundred meters away from the conference location? We can also overcome this spatial barrier via live streaming. With the help of a live video switch, we can integrate additional locations into your conference. At the connected location, we take care of video production and transmission with a separate team. The video signal is received by us at the central conference location and mixed into the live stream. We are happy to provide the video sent from the external location for display on screens and monitors.

After the conference is during the conference

We will record the live stream of your conference as a full HD video at the same time. After the event, we will make the recording available for on-demand access. The video is then available for playback around the clock on our streaming servers. Interested parties can watch the conference video at a later point in time and as often as they want. On request, we can index or cut the video material afterwards so that individual program items can be selected in a targeted manner. This means that every user can directly call up the keynotes, lectures, workshops or panel discussions that are relevant to them.

Password protection – so you stay in control

The videos of your conference should not always be freely accessible to everyone on the web. We also have a solution for this: Our developers combine the webcast with a password query that encrypts the video player. Access to the live stream or on-demand video is therefore only given to authorized users. The password encryption also allows you to only grant paying users access to the conference video. We would be happy to provide you with a tailor-made online shop function that you can use to sell virtual tickets for your conference. With the purchase confirmation, the customer then receives the access code for the video stream.
